NIBEN communicates to the outside
a variety of opinions and proposals aimed
at building a better society.

We see one new social problem occurring after another without interruption. They unveil problems with the existing systems and organizations. NIBEN, as the bar association closest to the people, examines all sorts of problems present in our society from a lawyer's viewpoint and communicates our way of thinking about the problems to the outside world in the form of our president's message. NIBEN also recommends improvement ideas in writing to parties concerned. Thus, NIBEN is working aggressively to change our society for the better.

Tokyo Frontier Fund Law Office

This law office is an urban-based publicly-run office that, for charitable purposes, NIBEN provides both personal and material support for their establishment and management.

The office provides legal services for small-amount cases that cannot be taken up by a general law firm in order to make a profit, cases of a public nature, or cases brought in by clients with limited financial resources. In addition, This law firm trains and develops attorneys who will be sent to regions devoid of lawyers.
